  I rang to place an order and politely asked how long will my order take as I had a very short lunch break. The owner said in a very hasty reply, “10 minutes”. Well I arrived there after that time and my order had not even started, so I politely asked; what was the delay as I had to get back to my office.

  The owner of the place was very very rude in asking not to sit at the seats in front of there shop while eating from another shop, they were not busy at the time. We were only siting at the tables waiting for another shop to open.

  He rudely said, “it will be ready when it is ready” to which I replied, “you said 10 minutes, not 20 plus minutes mate. I cancelled my order and was told not to bother coming back. This idiot owner had no idea that I worked for a large organisation in Lithgow, and hence just created bad publicity for his business.

  Oh dear, no wonder small country businesses are struggling to keep customers. Do you self a favour and go somewhere else unless you want poor customer service.

  Great food. Good menu. Nice atmosphere and friendly couple running it. Also a toilet there. Overall WAY better than stopping at Maccas
