    Lithgow Fitness Centre is a very large and quiet place to visit for any training you desire.

    There is another room for circuit training along with an RPM style cycle room. Also, there is a larger upstairs room for group training with boxing, free weights, more cardio machines and a power rack for squating and lifting work.

    There is a large gym floor with machine and free weights. An upstairs cardio room with rowers, treadmills and various stepping machines.

    The atmosphere is quiet and not noisy. Staff and other customers are polite. There is a kitchen facility along with mens and womens change rooms, showers and toilets.
