  Couldn't be open on a weekend so people who actually work for a living during the week can sort out the mistakes that the Australia post make on a regular basis. I'm not paying $5.77 per day for a parcel I didn't even know about because they couldn't even be open for me to pick it up!

  Had incorrect documents for a form at 4:10 on a Monday, Came back in at 4:45 with correct documents for a form to be filled but was too late for her, I mentioned that I would have to have a day off work in order to come in which she was very happy for me to do, cost me $400 to fill in a form because she was too unhelpful to do it when I was there. Absolutely appalling customer service and would not go there unless I was in dire straights. Horrendous. Catering to the unemployed of lithgow yet again.
