  We just brought 2x chicken & gravy rolls the chicken was placed down one end of the rolls had to use our fingers to spread the chicken out then went to the bag for wipes had none in bag also none in the shop. Around the front counter was just filthy as was the toilet so much I didn't even go, we were the only two in the shop the staff all standing around do nothing, some of them could of been cleaning the shop up, Will never go their again just hope we don't get sick. Also no contact to be able to complain on the red rooster site

  Unfriendly, unhelpful, should have better training so they can answer customers questions.

  Sign out the front states $1 regular chips. Pulled off the highway to get sone for the kids and was charged full price. Manager said it is only up to 4pm, even tho it was 4.05pm i was still charged full price. I asked where did it say 4pm on the sign and was told it was written on the small print. Sign was removed as i left.... very miss leading

  Serving staff had a bad attitude. We asked if the mango glaze was hot and spicy, she said 'I don't know'. So we asked if anyone in the kitchen new and was told 'no, they're all vegetarians'.
