  A warning to Lithgow and surrounding areas of Lithgow. I purchased a 2010, Toyota Hilux, around late March 2017 for $27,000 from Good Quality, Lean and Bennett, Used Cars, Lithgow, which was advertised on their website. Ive had nothing but problems since the purchase. First day of purchase, went to fill the diesel, no key for the cap and no key for the lock of the tool box thats attached, I can understand minor problems, though when the the Hilux had to be returned 7 times to deal with other issues then thats another thing altogether. This hilux wasnt checked, as I've explain to Lean and Bennet regarding finding Straw, Feathers and Cow manure caked under the Hilux, the air condititioner wasn't functioning reason for that was the filter was thick of bird feathers, dirt and dust, the turbo air filter was full with similar objects and caked in feathers, dust and thick dirt. Other issues needed to be rectified, new gearbox, full clutch needed to be replaced, axle seals, replacment of 4 injectors, then programmed, heat insulation need to be put in as none was there, and the front and rear brakes needed to be fully replaced. I've stated how the dealership could pass the car roadworthy as the car had no horn either. It states no statutory warrenty though these are major problems which should of been noticed and rectified, before even going on the dealership lot. This is a Toyota Dealership. that advertises Quality Used Cars. If these vehicles aren't looked at, before they go for sale, than this is a false advertisment .Please be aware of the the older salesman at this dealership, he is deceitful, condescending, do your research beforehand going to this dealership. I give credit where its due for the new service manager on trying to resolve these problems. I make it extremely clear, Lean and Bennett, i will never set foot in to purchase or service a car in your dealership again. Oh congratulations, Lean and Bennett for your awards recognised for its excellence in customer service sales and Used Cars. A statement which was mention in the local paper, Lithgow can have confidence in knowing they have the best run Toyota dealership in the state. What a joke
