  Horrible customer service. I had a woman named Jan hang up on me while trying to make an appointment for my partner. Will not return. Plenty of other doctors with well mannered staff in town.

  Over the years the Doctors and staff at this practice have always shown me care and their professionalism is beyond anywhere else I have attended. Well run & you do feel cared for!

  If your precious reception staff feel the need to lie and for you to reflect what happened back on to me only says your inability along with your staff fail to take responsibility for your actions and your lack of management skills is ever present, these Google comments only show that nothing has changed in your Practice and a system generated response means nothing. Do yourself a favor people, dare you say anything to these people's incompetence then you will be banned. There are better places with good staff and Doctors to go to in the area. I know what happened that day and I know I'm not a lier. People talk Ms Collins and there is a sour taste in peopls mouths more than you know towards this Practice.
